Cancel or change your subscription

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bibasi. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

A new phone, or the app reinstalled

Open Bibasi, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription comes back; your history does not, because it was kept only on the old phone.

It stopped listening or speaking

Check the internet connection, then tap Start talking again. Translation needs the internet. If you reach the day’s limit, the app says when it starts again.

To see what we keep or have it deleted, write to us with your anonymous ID. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
